Qmuzik is a modern, cloud-ready platform. Web access, REST services, multi-company deployment and role-based workspaces are here today — running on the same enterprise database, entity model, business rules and transactional logic that already support some of the most complex manufacturing operations in the world.

The cloud and web platform gives you a modern user experience, a scalable service architecture and the ability to expose targeted functionality to different user groups, companies, sites, customers, suppliers and vertical solutions — without giving up the depth of the underlying business system.

A modern platform, on a proven foundation

Qmuzik Cloud is not a plan. It is a modern web and services platform running today — on the same enterprise data model, entity structure and business rules that have run complex manufacturing operations for decades.

Modern web access, wherever the work happens

A modern web UI gives users browser-based access to Qmuzik from any device — no installation, no per-workstation deployment, no "come to the office to work". Focused, role-based workspaces surface the screens each person actually uses; distributed teams, remote sites, travelling reps and third-party partners all connect to the same operational data as the shop floor.

The UI configures itself to fit your operation

Qmuzik Enterprise in the cloud is extremely configurable at the interface layer. Per role — buyer, planner, supervisor, quality lead, finance — you decide which controls appear, which are enabled, which are read-only, what they are labelled, which columns show on which list and in what order. The same install presents as a lean workspace for a busy operator and as a full detail screen for a specialist, without a code change. And because Qmuzik is multi-language, each role can see the same workspace in their own language — no separate localisation project.

Capabilities

Everything Qmuzik Cloud delivers today — a modern web experience on the same proven manufacturing foundation.

Modern web UI

Browser-based access to Qmuzik functionality — from any device, from anywhere. No per-workstation installation to manage; the enterprise upgrade is a server-side event.

Role-based workspaces

Each role gets a workspace scoped to what it actually needs — buyer, planner, supervisor, sales rep, finance, quality — with the controls, labels, list columns and visibility rules configured per role, not a shared menu tree for the whole company.

Multi-language, per role

The whole application is multi-language. Each role can see the same workspace in their own language, so a plant with mixed teams does not have to standardise on one language to standardise on one system.

Multi-company / multi-tenant

Multi-company database architecture is the foundation for SaaS-style deployment and shared platform management, with company, role and permission separation preserved throughout.

Cloud or on-premises

Deploy in the cloud or on-premises depending on your infrastructure, security, integration and operational requirements. The application is identical either way.

REST service layer

A service layer sits between the database and the user interfaces, enabling controlled access to Qmuzik functionality through modern REST-based services — for portals, mobile apps, integrations and vertical solutions.

Gateway-style access control

Access to Qmuzik functionality is authenticated, authorised and audited at the service gateway — so every call from every client obeys the same permission and governance model.

Vertical solutions and portals

Expose selected parts of the system as targeted vertical products or focused portals for specific audiences — customers, suppliers, dealers, campuses — without losing the depth of the underlying business system.

Hybrid desktop workflows

The desktop client continues to serve production-floor, scanner-heavy and high-volume operational entry where a dedicated desktop workflow is still more practical than a browser. One data set, two clients.

Same trusted foundation

Enterprise database, entity model, business rules and transactional logic are unchanged. The modern platform is built on top of proven manufacturing operations — not next to them.

Multi-company platform, SaaS-ready

Qmuzik supports a multi-company database architecture — the foundation for SaaS-style deployment and shared platform management. Multiple operating companies, sites, brands or business units can run on one platform with access separated by company, role and permission. Onboarding a new company is a configuration event, not a fresh implementation.

Cloud, on-premises, or hybrid — you choose

Qmuzik can be hosted in the cloud or deployed on-premises. The application is identical; the choice is driven by your infrastructure, your data-residency and security policy, the integrations you already run and the operational constraints of your plants. Where sites cannot rely on continuous connectivity — a remote plant, a mine, a manufacturing floor with strict network policy — on-premises stays on the table without giving up the modern platform.

The hybrid model: web where it fits, desktop where it belongs

Qmuzik Cloud does not force every user into one interface. The Qmuzik desktop application continues to connect to the same operational data where it remains the better tool for the job — production-floor activities, barcode scanner integration, high-volume operational entry and specialist workflows where a dedicated desktop screen still beats a browser tab. Web access covers distributed, role-based, on-the-move work; desktop stays where the shift depends on it. One shared data foundation, consistent behaviour across both.

Explore Qmuzik Enterprise

Built on the proven Qmuzik foundation

Qmuzik is not just the user interface. The core value sits in the database, the entity model, the business rules and the transactional logic that have been sharpened over decades of running complex manufacturing operations — aerospace and defence, automotive tier-1 supply, and the industries with the toughest requirements for traceability, compliance and process control.

Qmuzik Cloud lets different user interfaces — modern web, service-driven portals, vertical solutions, mobile apps and the trusted desktop — work against that same operational foundation. The interface changes to fit the moment; the data, the rules and the audit trail do not.

  • One enterprise database — the record of truth every interface reads and writes to.
  • One entity model — customers, suppliers, parts, orders, assets, production events, inventory, quality results and financial impact all defined once.
  • One set of business rules — permissions, workflows, approvals and audit apply consistently, regardless of which client made the call.
  • One transactional foundation — the same operational logic that has run aerospace, defence and automotive tier-1 supply is what runs cloud, web and mobile too.

Common questions about Qmuzik Cloud

Is Qmuzik Cloud a plan, or is it running today?

It is running today. Qmuzik Cloud is a modern web and REST service platform on top of the same enterprise database, entity model and business rules that have run aerospace, defence and automotive tier-1 supply for decades — not a rewrite, and not a roadmap item.

How configurable is the UI?

Very. Per role you can control which controls appear, which are enabled or read-only, what they are labelled, which columns appear on each list and their order. The same install presents as a lean workspace for an operator and a full detail screen for a specialist, without customisation or code. Multi-language support means each role can see the same workspace in their own language.

Can we deploy on-premises instead of in the cloud?

Yes. The application is identical either way. Cloud versus on-premises is a deployment choice driven by your infrastructure, your security and data-residency policy and the operational constraints of your sites — not a product choice that changes what Qmuzik can do.

Can we mix cloud and on-premises across sites?

Yes. Hybrid deployments are supported. Head office can run cloud while a remote plant stays on-premises for network or policy reasons, and both connect to the same operational data model.

What about production-floor users and barcode scanners?

The Qmuzik desktop client continues to connect to the same data and stays the better tool for the job on the shop floor — barcode scanning, high-volume transaction entry, specialist operational workflows. Web access covers distributed, role-based work; desktop stays where the shift depends on it.

How does multi-company / multi-tenant work?

Qmuzik supports a multi-company database architecture that separates access by company, role and permission. That is the foundation for SaaS-style deployment and shared platform management — onboarding a new operating company is a configuration event rather than a fresh implementation.

How do external systems talk to Qmuzik Cloud?

Through a REST service layer that sits between the database and the clients. Every call is authenticated, authorised and audited at the gateway, so portals, mobile apps, integrations and vertical solutions all obey the same permission and governance model as the desktop client.

Can we expose part of Qmuzik to customers or suppliers?

Yes. Vertical solutions and focused portals — customer, reseller, supplier, campus, dealer — can expose selected parts of the platform to a specific audience without opening up the whole system. Behind the scenes it is the same Qmuzik Enterprise.

What happens to our existing Qmuzik data?

Nothing disruptive. The enterprise database, entity model and business rules are the same platform your operation already runs on; the cloud and web capabilities are additional interfaces onto the same data. Adoption is incremental, not a re-implementation.
