B2B Web Sales Portals
Give your customers, dealers and reps a self-service portal that talks directly to your business system.
No obligation — we'll walk through your needs, free of charge.
A B2B web sales portal is more than an online catalogue. It is the digital counter of your business — where a customer, reseller, agent or internal sales rep signs in, sees exactly what applies to them (their pricing, their credit, their contract, their delivery lanes) and self-serves the transactions they would otherwise phone in. Qmuzik B2B Web Sales Portals put a branded, role-aware storefront over the same Qmuzik Enterprise that plans, produces, ships and bills — so the price they see is the price they get, the stock they order is the stock you have, and the invoice they download is the invoice on the ledger.
Sales, self-served — on the same data as the business system
Every product, every price, every credit limit, every delivery lane, every open invoice and every past order lives in Qmuzik. The portal is a role-aware view onto that same record — so there is no separate ecommerce database drifting out of sync.

Your customers, your brand, your business system
The portal is branded to look like part of your business, not a generic third-party marketplace. It is scoped to the signed-in identity — customer, reseller, dealer, agent, department, campus store, business unit — so each visitor sees the catalogue, the price list, the delivery options and the payment methods that apply to them. Behind the scenes it is the same Qmuzik Enterprise that runs planning, production and finance — so every action landed in the portal is a real transaction on the enterprise record.
Book a walkthroughCapabilities
Everything a customer, reseller or internal rep needs to sign in, transact and self-serve — natively integrated with the business system that already runs your operations.
Role-aware sign-in and multi-org
Sign up, sign in and choose an organisation, brand, business unit or store. Users linked to more than one see the picker; users linked to one land straight on their homepage. Multi-factor OTP and integration with corporate SSO (e.g. CAS) are supported.
Personalised homepage and dashboard
A homepage tailored to the signed-in identity: recent orders, one-click reorder for repeat items, sales trends over a chosen window, top-selling products, current order activity, credit limit and account information.
Product browsing — grid and list views
Organised into families and categories. Grid view for browsing item-by-item; list view for high-volume buyers who want to add many items at once. Downloadable spec sheets and safety data sheets attach directly to the product page.
Quotes and repeat orders
Build a quote for a customer, save it, edit it, convert it to an order later. Reorder past items individually or repeat the entire order — the pattern for monthly consumables, standing orders and repeat catering runs.
Delivery, collection and dispatch
Choose delivery to a saved address or collection at a store or depot. Windows and cut-offs are respected. Where the operation uses a logistics platform, dispatch and delivery status flows back into the order in real time.
Payment gateway integration
Card and instant EFT via the gateway of your choice — Payfast, PayGate, custom payment routes — as well as on-account, departmental cards, student cards and voucher / promotional discounts.
Invoices, credit notes and statements
Every customer document lives inside the portal — invoices, credit notes and statements — with the ability to open the SSRS report, save, print or reconcile the account without a phone call.
Back-orders and product purchase summary
A single place to see what is on back-order, what is due, and what has been bought historically — for planning, reordering and negotiating volumes.
Wishlists, complaints and support
Save items to a wishlist and move them into the cart later. Log complaints against a specific order or product. Access the customer help pages and, where the operation provides it, in-portal training material.
How it works
From signed-in identity to reconciled invoice — six steps, one business system.
- 1
Sign in
Sign up or sign in — with OTP or SSO — and, where relevant, pick the organisation, brand or store. From that moment on, every screen is scoped to the identity and its entitlements.
- 2
Browse
Explore the catalogue against your price list, contract terms and available stock. Grid view for casual browsing, list view for bulk-adding — with spec sheets and safety data sheets on the product page.
- 3
Quote or order
Build a cart, adjust quantities, apply vouchers, accept terms and either save as a quote or convert to an order. Reorder patterns and one-click repeat orders cover the day-to-day.
- 4
Deliver or collect
Choose delivery to a saved address or collection at a store or depot. Dispatch and delivery events flow back to the order as they happen.
- 5
Pay
Card, instant EFT, on-account, departmental cards, student cards or vouchers — routed through the payment gateway configured for the store or business unit.
- 6
Reconcile
Invoices, credit notes and statements are available on the same portal. Customers self-reconcile; your finance team stops fielding "please send my invoice" phone calls.
Fewer calls, faster orders, no reconciliation gaps
Every quote a customer builds themselves is a quote your sales team did not have to key. Every invoice they download themselves is a call your finance team did not have to take. Every order that flows straight into the business system is one that never had to be re-typed at your end. And because the portal reads and writes against the same enterprise record — pricing, stock, credit, tax, delivery, dispatch — there is no reconciliation gap between what happened on the web and what your ledger says.

Any operation with a customer base, a reseller network, a multi-org footprint or a high-frequency reorder pattern benefits from moving the transaction into a self-service portal.
Common questions about B2B Web Sales Portals
Who uses the portal — customers, resellers, or internal reps?
All of them. Each identity type gets a role-aware view: end customers see their catalogue, price list and credit; resellers or dealers see their tier pricing and their downstream customers; internal sales reps can log in on behalf of a customer to place, quote or edit an order.
Is the portal branded, or does it look like a generic marketplace?
Fully branded — the portal looks and feels like part of your business. Logos, colours, hero imagery, category structure, product presentation and even the payment page can all be styled to match. Different brands or business units on the same install can present as different-looking portals.
How does pricing work? Do we duplicate our price lists into the portal?
No. Pricing is served live from the business system — including contract prices, tier pricing, volume breaks, promotional discounts and voucher codes. There is no separate ecommerce price list to keep in sync.
Does it support multiple business units, brands or stores?
Yes. Multi-org is native. A signed-in user chooses the business unit, brand or store (unless they are linked to only one, in which case they go straight in), and each unit can carry its own catalogue, delivery lanes, payment methods and branding.
Which payment methods and gateways does it support?
Card and instant EFT via the gateways commonly deployed in your market (for example Payfast or PayGate), on-account payment for approved customers, departmental cards and student cards for campus or corporate use, and voucher / promotional discount codes.
Can customers see invoices, credit notes and statements?
Yes. Invoices, credit notes, statements, back-orders and product purchase summaries are all available in the portal, with the underlying SSRS reports one click away. Customers self-reconcile — your finance team stops fielding routine "please send my invoice" calls.
How does dispatch and delivery status get back to the customer?
Where the operation runs a logistics platform, dispatch and delivery milestones flow back to the order in real time and are visible on the customer's dashboard. If the operation is collection-based (e.g. depots, stores or a campus canteen), collection windows and readiness are shown on the same order view.
Can we sign customers in using our corporate SSO?
Yes. Standard OTP and password authentication are supported out of the box; corporate SSO patterns such as CAS or SAML can be wired up for organisations that need it.
